Hockey flow hair1/27/2024 ![]() He knows everything about every single player (including their dogs’ names), and absolutely has a lacrosse stick fetish.īoth of these sports call for some relaxation, mainly through the links. First of all, this guy literally gets a chub preparing for games like Duke vs. Lacrosse: Case in point: Quint Kessenich. True? Maybe, but either way that’s legit. Hockey: Legend has it that Wayne Gretzky used to coordinate with professional pool players (those pervert-looking fellows who dominate ESPN19 at 3 a.m.) to figure out the exact angle a puck would bounce off the boards. Since this varies, we have to go head to head with two characters. It’s all about who knows their game inside and out. Robert webber immigration attorney1/27/2024 It turns out that answering that question is very difficult because of the complexity of the system and the multiple hurdles. People who want green cards reasonably want to know how long it will take to get a green card. The PROCESS TIMES basically have ZERO RELATIONSHIP to the wait times and backlog, which are governed by separate complex rules and subject to the cut-off dates published each month on the Visa Bulletin (at least as to family-based and employment-based and somewhat for DV green card lottery processing). When you check the USCIS processing times online, they are only telling you the USCIS PROCESSING TIMES, that is, how long it will take USCIS to review a certain kind of filing. But totally separate from the PROCESS TIMES are the WAIT TIMES/BACKLOG based on the annual limits on how many green cards are available. But that is only for one portion of the process. In some situations, at least in EB (Employment-Based) immigration, you can pay for premium processing to get a faster PROCESS TIME. The PROCESS TIMES can vary greatly depending on the route you take. If you embark on getting a green card, either through family immigration or employment-based options or the DV green card lottery or asylum/refugee status, there is the PROCESS TIME at the government to review and approve your case. ALAS - there are only limited ways to get a green card AND there are only limited green cards available each year. As a US citizen, you can potentially sponsor family members particularly your parents, for green cards. You can also eventually qualify for US citizenship. If you have a green card, you have permission to live in the US indefinitely and work for basically any employer. Lots of people, all over the world, want green cards. Something important that so many people do not understand. "PROCESSING" time versus "WAIT TIME/BACKLOG" in U.S. Department of State "save.a tremendous amount of effort in getting these very secure visa foils shipped out to all of our posts overseas." The current intention is to next roll it out in Brazil, although no start time was shared. Department of State is only an entry document and does not provide status. In bodybuilding, this will lead to being asymmetrical and is detrimental to placing well.” The magnificent 7 movementsĪt first glance, remembering to incorporate seven different patterns into a workout may sound challenging in the programming, but once you take a look at what Holman is referring to, you’ll quickly realize that each pattern is a basic movement we do on a daily basis, but probably take for granted. “This could be something minor like a strain or more severe and lead to a chronic injury over the years. “Clients who neglect certain movement patterns almost always get injured,” Holman says. It sounds complex, but fixing your full-body routine is as easy as seven exercises that target seven different and key movements, says Blake Holman, CPT, FNS, SPS, personal training manager at New York City’s Equinox. You may not notice any problems in the short term, but neglecting certain functional fitness elements - pushing, pulling, hingeing, and a variety of other everyday movements - can eventually lead to muscle imbalances, which can lead to an inconsistency in strength, poor posture, muscle breakdown and even injury. Yet, while you think your workout may be fully hitting everything required to be functionally fit, you may be inadvertently omitting certain key movements. The benefits of incorporating full-body workouts can range from time saved to fat loss to greater recovery. When it comes to performing a full-body workout, are we really hitting every necessary moves? There’s a slight chance that in our search for creating the most effective workout in the shortest amount of time, effectiveness at times gets sacrificed for efficiency.

Todoist location based reminders1/27/2024 With ToDoist, if something didn't get done, I would have an overdue task, and then need to schedule it into my calendar myself and spend time figuring out what time slot, etc., then go back to Todoist if the time didn't work out, etc. I switched to SkedPal because it schedules the tasks for me on my calendar, ensuring I get them done. ![]() This isn't necessarily the apps fault, I should add time in my calendar to do a weekly review, etc. The reason I switched is because I had so many tasks added in I became overwhelmed. I also really liked the minimalism of the screen, I never felt that it was too clunky or too many options being displayed at once and overwhelming me. The feature to reschedule tasks I didn't do based on the load for my week was good, not as good as Skedpal (which is why I switched) but better than I've seen in other task managemetn apps I've tried and used. The tagging feature was also super quick to add, which saves me time adding tasks. I wish all task management apps had an UI like Todoist. It was quick, easy, and the UI was awesome. While I was using this software, I really liked the sleek and modern interface to add new tasks. It's a really quick setup, the fonts are clean and easy to read, the tags and projects are colored nicely, it just wasn't the app that helped me actually get things done. ![]() Opmerkingen: I really like the interace and ease of use, it's one of my favorite apps in terms of the UI.

Unity saving system1/26/2024 ![]() This can be perceived as a very crude way of storing and accessing the data across your scenes. It is entirely possible to write a public static class and access all it’s primitive components and member functions from any script in your scenes. This one should be pretty obvious, but I noticed that some developers are not aware of it. I’ll try my best to structure this article to act as a reference point whenever you find yourself stuck with your project. In this section I will focus on the main commonly used solutions for data persistence in Unity games. Let me describe all the possible solutions that are commonly known to the best of my knowledge. Each of them comes with pros and cons and it depends on what kind of data you want to preserve. There are multiple ways of dealing with this problem. ![]() Similarly, the same principle applies whenever you start / stop the game. The way Unity deals with any kind of Object, especially Component or GameObject type instances, is that it destroys them every time you transit from one scene to another. However, that is not the case and you will still be faced with losing the data. ![]() One may think that this can be easily solved by marking any of these objects as static. All scripts and components that are attached to GameObject inside a Unity project are destroyed each time you load a scene. In order to tackle the problem, let’s first define it.

Pac man ghost pumpkin1/26/2024 ![]() However, before discussing their individual behaviors, let's first examine the logic that they share. Understanding how each ghost behaves is extremely important to be able to effectively avoid them. Common Elements of Ghost BehaviourĮach of the ghosts is programmed with an individual "personality", a different algorithm it uses to determine its method of moving through the maze. After reaching level 21, no further changes to the game's mechanics are made, and every level from 21 onwards is effectively identical. Even though the layout is always the same, the levels become increasingly difficult due to modifications to Pac-Man's speed, as well as changes to both the speed and behavior of the ghosts. The tunnels that lead off of the left and right edges of the screen act as shortcuts to the opposite side of the screen, and are usable by both Pac-Man and the ghosts, though the ghosts' speed is greatly reduced while they are in the tunnel. The first fruit appears when Pac-Man has eaten 70 of the dots in the maze, and the second when 170 have been eaten.Įvery level of Pac-Man uses the same maze layout, containing 240 regular "food" dots and 4 energizers. Other than eating dots and ghosts, the only other source of points are the two pieces of fruit which appear during each level near the middle of the maze. An eaten ghost is not completely eliminated, but is returned to its starting position before resuming its pursuit. Eating one causes the ghosts to become frightened and retreat for a short time, and in the early levels of the game Pac-Man can even eat the ghosts for bonus points during this period. Other than simply avoiding them, Pac-Man's only defense against the ghosts are the four larger "energizer" pellets located at the corners of the maze. If Pac-Man makes contact with any of the ghosts, the player loses a life and the positions of Pac-Man and the ghosts are reset back to their starting locations, though any dots that were eaten remain so. This task is made difficult by four ghosts that pursue Pac-Man through the maze. ![]() The purpose of the game is very simple - the player is placed in a maze filled with food (depicted as pellets or dots) and needs to eat all of it to advance to the next level. You can also invest in a pumpkin carving kit, which will include everything you need to get started.Pac-Man is one of the most iconic video games of all time, and most people (even non-gamers) have at least a passing familiarity with it. A serrated knife is a must, as is a big spoon for scooping out the seeds and a paring knife is good for carving. We also recommend using tracing paper with a dry-erase marker or pencil on your pumpkin and having the best tools at the ready. But, do you know the tips and tricks for carving a pumpkin? We love this tutorial from HGTV that offers advice on how to get the best-looking pumpkin on the block. So, you’re ready to pick your pumpkin carving stencil and get to work. They would also often carve makeshift lanterns out of potatoes and other root veggies, and as the years passed, several of these traditions blended to become what we now celebrate as Halloween. People began carving faces in turnips to keep Jack’s (and other evil spirits) soul away, and when immigrants came to the United States, they started using pumpkins. Cat eye makeup1/26/2024 ![]() Pro tip: Instead of drawing the wing directly from the outer corner of your eye, try extending the corner first. Diffuse the edges of the line using your smudge brush and create a wing. Taking the same pencil you used to tightline, apply the pigment across the top lash line. Run your pencil across it and admire the slim line of color that stays in its place. Gently press on your lid to expose your inner eyeline on the upper lash line. No matter what you call it, it’s relatively easy to do. When done to the bottom lash, it can be referred to as waterlining. This is a technique known as tightlining. Using your eyeliner, apply to the inner eyeline of the upper lash from end to end. Our Caviar Tightline Eyeliner is the perfect consistency for blending (the Bleu Marine is so effortlessly chic) but choose a creamy eyeliner pencil you like best. How to Cat Eye for Hooded EyesĬat eye makeup for hooded eyes is easy to achieve, but first let’s talk about what you need: Eyeliner and a smudge brush. Don’t worry, we’re going to break down this down step by step, with products we think you need for the perfect cat eyeliner for hooded eyes. Whereas those with non-hooded eyes can start their eyeliner wing along the lash line (veering onto the eyelid), hooded eyes need to take the line a little lower before flicking out. What Makes a Cat Eye for Hooded Eyes Differentīecause there’s less space to work with on the eyelid of hooded eyes, a bold cat eye requires a specific technique to best accentuate hooded eyes. Hooded eyes are a unique and attractive trait that should be played up-starting with a cat eye. You can see from an eye makeup point of view how that may change the way you apply. In non-hooded eyes, you can see the eyelid, the crease, and the remaining space up to the eyebrow bone-whereas in hooded eyes, you can’t. Hooded eyes feature extra skin and soft tissue near the brown bone which creates a deep crease and a “hood” over the eyelid. So, if you’ve been wary to try because you aren’t sure how-consider this cat eye for hooded eyes tutorial for you. From old-school beauties like Sophie Loren and Audrey Hepburn to contemporaries like Taylor Swift and Emma Stone, a cat eye seems to look good on everyone. A cat eye is a classic for a reason-it’s chic, understated, and perfect for any occasion. This works wonders to make your eyeliner last longer. If you have hooded (or mono) lids, we have the perfect look for you. Also, she starts with a gel liner and ends with a liquid eyeliner to intensify the look. ![]() She also shows different winged eyeliner looks, so you can decide how high a flick you want your cat-eye liner to be. This tutorial is great for beginners because it shows you how to tightline your eyes – especially useful for Asians who have sparse lashes. For almond-shaped eyes with thin double eyelids Plus, she gives one tip that we think is great: Don’t draw too thick a line at the inner corner of your eyes, especially if you have closely set eyes – it’ll only make them look even closer.Ħ. She describes the shape as kind of like the Batman insignia’s wings, but we say it’s more like a diamond or rhombus shape – watch and you’ll see what we mean. Sometimes, you have to add a “step” so your cat-eye liner looks smooth when you open your eyes, like Youtuber Teni Panosian here. She uses an angled brush to do her eyeliner, which is great if you love gel liners that come in pots.Ī smooth line doesn’t work on every type of eyelid. Skip to the 4:30 mark to see the product recommendations. If you have an eyelid crease that sits really high up on your eyes, you should draw a really thick liner to even out the proportions like Youtuber Irene Khan here. You can skip to the 4-minute mark to see how she does her eyeliner after she draws the fake crease, or watch the video in its entirety to see how she gets the whole look together – falsies and all. It really helps to define and guide the eyeliner line. We think it’s rather genius how Youtuber Kicki Yang draws a crease for her monolids before getting to business. Plus, we like that she did three variants – a thin line, one with medium thickness and a thicker one – so you know exactly how to increase the intensity of the eyeliner for a day-to-night look. Best tip here: Go thinner at the inner eye corner to make your look more precise and classy, but if you’re going to wear falsies, go thicker to hide the falsie’s lash strip.
